September 2022

From the Office:

BKR will be saying goodbye and best wishes to attorney Erin Maybee Durnell near the end of November. Erin has been selected to serve as a magistrate judge in Hamilton County beginning in January 2023. We are proud of Erin for pursuing her goal of becoming a judicial officer but will miss working alongside her. Until her departure, Erin will continue to represent BKR clients and serve as a mediator. The BKR family law team is committed to helping Erin’s clients smoothly transition to a new BKR attorney if necessary. Erin will always be part of our BKR family, and we hope you will join us in wishing her well.
