Melissa Avery attended the International Academy of Family Lawyers USA & Canadian Chapter Meeting in New Orleans from February 16-20, 2022 where she networked and learned from colleagues from around the world who practice international family law.
ABA Family Law Section President Candi People recently appointed Melanie Reichert as an ABA Advisor to the Study Committee on Child Participation in Family Court Proceedings for the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (ULC). In this role, Melanie will actively participate in study committee meetings and dialogue. The ULC provides states with non-partisan, well-conceived and well-drafted legislation that brings clarity and stability to critical areas of state statutory law.
