lawyer Nissa RicafortNissa M. Ricafort is one of the three founding partners of Broyles Kight & Ricafort, P.C. As an experienced Indianapolis family law attorney, Nissa has assisted families through difficult transitions, including high- conflict custody proceedings, international custody disputes, complicated marital estate divisions, child support disputes, and paternity matters. She also has represented parents in child abuse and neglect (CHINS) actions, has worked with both birth parents and adoptive families in adoption proceedings, and has assisted clients with grandparent visitation issues, protective orders, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and estate planning documents. Her practice philosophy is to achieve the best result for her client while minimizing both emotional and financial expense. She has successfully resolved domestic relations matters through mediation and the use of parenting coordinators but also has successfully tried numerous cases in many county courts in central Indiana. Nissa also serves as a Parenting Coordinator and as a private Guardian ad Litem.

Prior to founding the Indianapolis law firm of Broyles Kight & Ricafort, P.C. in 2002, Nissa Ricafort worked as an associate at a full-service law firm and also served as law clerk to the Honorable David F. Hamilton, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
